CONDAFOND range, die casting lubricants free from silicone
Intended use: Lubricants for high pressure die casting

A new generation
of die casting lubricants
respecting the environment
and human health

Free from silicone, and complying with the latest French regulations, the new CONDAFOND die lubricants range use the latest generation of soluble oils that required several months of Research & Development within the CONDAT R & D laboratories.

With CONDAT’s history of anticipating regulatory changes and its efforts to limit operator exposure to hazardous components during die casting operations, the new silicone free die lubricants range developed by CONDAT maintains all its characteristics at high temperature.

CONDAFOND 700 benefits are numerous:
• Friendly for the working environment of operators.
• High release power.
• Clean finish of the die-cast parts.
• No build up on the die.
• Compatible with onward operations (finishes, paints and surface treatments...)
• Excellent compatibility with standard and hyper silicate aluminium alloys and magnesium alloys.
• Low COD level
• Prevents sticking at high temperature
