CONDAT was designated as the winner of the "Trophées Lyon d'Or 2009", organised by INDUSTRIE LYON trade show. This price was awarded to CONDAT in the category "Eco-conception" for the new generation soluble oils Mecagreen. MECAGREEN Range, 3 new soluble oils Intended use : Soluble oil for metal working

The formulation of these products mark an important evolution in terms of chemistry, and 'green' cemistry! Unlike mineral oil based products, the new MECAGREEN oils are made of a mixture of esterified basic oils that are of  100 % vegetable origin.

Excluding all harmful compounds (chlorinates, nitrites, heavy metals and silicones,...), these new soluble oils are user-friendlly for the operators because they are non irritating.

Regarding consumption, the oils drain away very quickly and the residual oil remaining on the workpiece is halfed, thus minimizing the loss of product and reducing consumption by at least 30 % . The machines clear of oil quickly because the MECAGREEN oils easily glide off the machine interia.

Concerning longevity of tools, this is considerably improved thanks to the synthetic esters of vegetable origin. Their lubricating power and their wettability limit the rise of temperature and improve the contact of the lubricant with the workpiece. Consequently, the life cycle of tools is lengthened by at least 20 %.

3 products have been developed according to the complexity of the workpiece and the type of metal concerned:

	MECAGREEN 127 is a general-purpose soluble oil intended for average metal-working applications with any type of metal (cast iron, steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminium).
	MECAGREEN 400 is a soluble oil intended for the more difficult machining of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper.
	MECAGREEN 500 is the highest performing soluble oil for very difficult machining of the stainless steel and aluminium.
