Lubricants for the sugar cane industry

Sugar cane
Range of lubricants intended for sugar cane milling equipment.

Context

CONDAT took advantage of the acquisition of Brazilian company IORGA in 2016, to acquire complementary expertise in the supply of lubricants intended for sugar cane milling.

Brazil is one of the largest sugar cane producers in the world. This raw material is used in numerous sectors of activity:  sugar production of course but also ethanol, alcoholrum, and also in the cosmetics industry and to produce electricity by co-generation from the bagasse.

Present in Brazil for more than 60 years, IORGA has developed an expertise in lubricants for sugar cane mills over more than 20 years.

Description

Lubrication applications linked to sugar cane production are demanding. They combine the presence of water, heavy loads, vibration, pollution and respect for the environment.

IORGA lubricants from CONDAT are well-known for their highly technical nature since they answer these constraints perfectly.

Our greases and oils are mainly used in Brazil, and are starting to develop in other countries where sugar cane is produced.

Our product philosophy is based on 3 points:

  • Performance
  • Lifetime
  • Respect for the environment

These 3 principles are why we are recognised by the largest purchasers.

Applications

  • High-viscosity greases for the lubrication of gears
  • Greases for bearings, guides and articulations
  • Food-grade greases
  • High-viscosity oils for bearings
