Die casting lubricants

In order to answer the needs of customers specialised in die casting of non ferrous alloys , CONDAT has developped and formulated a range of lubricants that covers process of permanent mold coating:

- high pressure die casting,
- gravity die casting ,
- low pressure die casting,
- horizontal & vertical squeeze casting

Focused on the environmental requirements and productivity criteria of its customers, CONDAT proposes a range concept covering all the needs of the casting industry:

- different release agents:
	white release agents among which a new generation of release agents for high pressure die casting (without formaldehyde):
	water free release agent
	graphites based release agent
	permanent mold coating
- ladle coating to protect iron ladle and ingot mold, - plunger tip lubricants (solid or liquid), - starting oil or anti soldering paste , - graphite or boron nitride based spray can

Designed for operations involving non ferrous alloys, our development criteria were developed to provide:

- better productivity,
- tool resistance,
- an improved quality of finished parts,
- reduced waste and treatment costs, and
- true consideration of human and property safety, and environmental protection.

In this respect, we also design and install lubrication-related equipment (dosing, spraying…) and offer complementary lubricants such as:
- machining and cutting lubricants specially formulated for light alloys
- maintenance lubricants for all equipments.
