Anti-adhesive oil for bitumen

CONDAT has developed a biodegradable anti-adhesive and tar-removing product for asphalt and hot and cold bitumens.

BIO NATUR DEBITUM can be used for the following applications:

• Production of asphalt and bitumens (asphalt plants)
• Transport of asphalt and bitumens
• Implementation and application of asphalt and bitumens: civil works, motorways, highways...

For preventive and curative applications, in particular for:

• Dumper trucks,
• Finishing rollers,
• Site tools and equipment
• safety soles and shoes

• Water-washable product: ideal for cleaning stained borders, or traces of bitumen on the concrete­
• Very faint odour and non-toxic fumes
• Non-flammable
• Very low pour point (‐18°), so usable even in cold weather
• Easily sprayed

BIO NATUR DEBITUM can replace diesel oil and other anti-stick products available on the market, either non-biodegradable or biodegradable but not very effective. It has numerous advantages, tested and validated by customers: ­

• Clearly more effective than other products on the market
• Good behaviour towards flexible paints and plastic parts of vehicles
• Used pure or diluted according to the required action: anti-stick or tar-removing
• Non-toxic product and biodegradable according to OECD 301 B
• Washable with water (no stains on pavements)
